RETURNS POLICY

 

Paradise Rose Petals MAY accept returned products based on the following guidelines:

 

  • You have contacted Paradise Rose Petals about the return within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • The item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it, it must also be in the same packaging.
  • Sale items and samples are unable to be returned
  • If your petals are a blend of different colours that were blended specifically for your order we will NOT return or refund this order. These petals cannot be reused as they were a custom blend created to order.

If you believe your return/refund request meets our guidelines please email us at info@paradiserosepetals.com.au with your request and a picture of the undamaged item.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you do not include tracking when you ship your return we do not guarantee that we will receive the item.

 

Paradise Rose Petals & Confetti reserve the right to reject any refund/returns request if we believe the return does not meet our guidelines.
